Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We strive to deliver the best quality jute products. Because our items are handcrafted, slight variations are normal. Returns are accepted only for eligible cases below.

2. Eligible Returns

Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged or defective.
• The wrong product or design was delivered.

Natural jute color/texture variations are not considered defects.

3. Not Eligible for Return

• Used products or items without original packaging.
• Customized or personalized items.
• Sale/discounted items unless damaged on arrival.

4. Return Process

Email support@juteforlife.in within 7 days of delivery with order ID, photos, and reason. We’ll verify and guide you through pickup or return shipping.

5. Inspection & Refund

After receiving the item, we inspect it within 2–3 business days. Upon approval, a replacement or refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, please follow the return process if eligible.
