Buyers must be 18 years or older. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

All items are handmade from natural jute; minor differences in color, weave, or size are natural and not considered defects.

All prices are in INR and may change without prior notice. Products are subject to availability.

Orders are confirmed upon full payment through secure gateways. We reserve the right to decline any suspicious or invalid order.

We dispatch orders within 7 – 10 business days. Delivery times depend on courier service and location.

Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch. Once shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
